The truck hit Rijiju’s car from the side. No one got hurt in the accident.

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju’s car was hit by a truck in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. Rijiju narrowly escaped in the accident. There is minor damage to the car. This accident happened due to the mistake of changing the lane of the car. Rijiju was going from Jammu to Srinagar. The truck which collided was loaded with goods. The accident happened in Ramban district. Construction work is going on here.

Earlier in the day, the Union Minister had tweeted videos of his visit to Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmir. In this he told that he was going to attend a legal service camp in Udhampur.

Rijiju attended the inauguration of the first edition of the Constitution of India in Dogri language at Jammu University on Saturday. On this occasion, Rijiju said that about five crore cases are pending in the courts. Rijiju said that after the completion of the third phase of the e-courts project, the time is not far when all the courts in the country will become completely paperless. The government is trying to make the process of justice delivery easy and affordable. The government is digitizing about 65,000 words of legal terminology to create a core vocabulary for the understanding of all citizens.
