Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) workers are being targeted in Tamil Nadu. In two days, kerosene talks were thrown at the homes of three Sangh workers. On Sunday morning, some people threw kerosene-filled words at the house of a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker.
On getting information about the matter, the police started investigation. Police say that two bottles filled with kerosene were thrown at the house, which fell outside the door. However, they did not catch fire, due to which a major accident was averted. The case is of Salem’s Ammapet.
6 people of PFI and SDPI detained
Police have detained 6 people of PFI and SDPI in this case, they are being interrogated. During this, Salem Police Commissioner Najmul Hoda and Deputy Commissioner M Madasamy were present at the police station. At the same time, more than 100 activists of Muslim organizations protested against the detention of 6 people. They surrounded the police station and expressed their anger. For security reasons, additional forces have been deployed around the police station.
Union worker security increased
The police got a video of the accused from the CCTV installed near the house of the Sangh worker. In the video, some people are seen throwing kerosene at the RSS worker’s house. After this incident, policemen have been deployed around the house of the Sangh worker. Along with this, Tamil Nadu Police has warned to register a case under NSA against those involved in violent activities.
Third incident in two days
Earlier on Saturday evening, a similar case was reported from Pattanadi area of Madurai in Tamil Nadu. Here an unknown person threw three petrol bombs at the house of the RSS leader. This incident was captured on CCTV. On Saturday, a petrol bomb was hurled at the RSS leader’s house in Tambaram, near Chennai.
