Jaya Bhardwaj, wife of cricketer Deepak Chahar, has received death threats. The threat has been given by the former office bearer of the Hyderabad Cricket Association and his son. Actually, the former office bearer of the association and his son had taken Rs 10 lakh from Jaya in the name of business.
When Jaya asked for the money back for not starting the business, the accused threatened to kill her. Not only this, he also misbehaved with them. On the complaint of Deepak’s father, the police have registered a case. At the same time, the former office bearer of the association says that he has nothing to do with the matter. He will file a defamation case.

Accused of threatening to demand money back
Lokendra Chahar has told in the complaint that the accused Kamlesh Parikh has been the manager of the state cricket teams in the Hyderabad Cricket Association. Son Dhruv Parikh has a firm named Parikh Sports on MG Road in Agra. On demanding the money back, the accused are threatening citing their high reach.
It is alleged that the accused are hurling dirty abuses. Also threatening to kill. After registering the case, Hariparvat police station has started investigation. In the case, the police is also collecting information about the owners of the firm.
Deepak Chahar’s father has given this complaint to the police. Police has started the investigation of the matter.
Kamlesh Parikh said – I did not take the money, I will file a defamation case
At the same time, Kamlesh Parikh, former office-bearer of the Hyderabad Cricket Association, said, ‘I have nothing to do with the matter. There has been a transaction with son Dhruv. My name has been unnecessarily included. I have not had any talk with Lokendra Chahar and any member of his family regarding the money. A month back my son had returned Rs 5 lakh. Will also return the remaining Rs 5 lakh. However, by including my name in the suit, I have been defamed. I will file a defamation case regarding this.
Dhruv Parikh said- Deepak’s father is calling and apologizing to me
At the same time, Dhruv Parikh said, ‘On December 2, 2022, five lakh rupees were transferred to Jaya Bhardwaj’s account. It also has a statement. The remaining five lakh rupees have also been returned. Wrong and false case has been filed. I have been defamed by this. Deepak’s wife had made me work for her shoe company six months back. I worked without taking any fees. I was not given a single rupee. I have proofs of this.
Why was my father’s name mentioned in the case? When five lakh rupees were returned, then why was it not mentioned in the case. Now Lokendra Chahar is calling me apologizing. They have tarnished the image of me and the company.
Deepak’s father said – I did not apologize
Deepak Chahar’s father Lokendra Chahar told, ‘The accused have been misleading for the last several months. He had also stopped picking up the phone. I have got five lakh rupees. The remaining five lakh rupees have not been received yet. I have not apologized to anyone, nor have I called. I have not called anyone.
Deepak Chahar has been running out of Team India for a long time due to injury. He played his last international ODI against Bangladesh last year.
