Mumbai’s Reliance Foundation Hospital has received another bomb threat. The landline number of the hospital received a call from an unknown person, in which the caller has also named some members of the Ambani family and abused them. This call came today at 12.57 am. Since then the security of the hospital and Antilia (Mukesh Ambani’s house) has been increased.

DCP Nilotpal said that a case has been registered at DB Marg police station in Mumbai. Further investigation in the matter is going on and the accused will be arrested soon.

Even before this, the Ambani family has received death threats many times. On August 15 too, a man called Mukesh and Nita Ambani and threatened to kill him. However, in this case the police had arrested one person.

8 calls came in August
Eight threatening calls were received on the landline number of Reliance Foundation Hospital on the day of Independence Day. The caller threatened to kill his entire family in three hours. The hospital management lodged a complaint regarding this matter at DB Marg police station. Mumbai Police started investigating the matter by forming three teams. In the initial investigation, it was found that the caller is the same and he made eight consecutive calls. After this, the location of the caller was traced and he was taken into custody.

The accused arrested was mentally unsound
DCP Nilotpal had said that this person, who came in the custody of the police, is a jeweler by profession, whose name is Vishnu Vibhu Bhowmik. During the phone call, his name was given as Afzal. After arrest, it was found that he was mentally deranged.

Ambani’s house was asked by 2 suspects
In September 2021, two suspects asked for the address of Antilia. The taxi driver, from whom the suspects had asked the address of Ambani’s house, had called the police control room and informed about it.

The driver said that both were talking in Urdu. The driver had told that the suspects also had a bag in their hands. After this, the Mumbai Police had increased the security of Antilia. The driver is being questioned at Azad Maidan police station.

Mukesh Ambani has Z+ security
The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has increased the security of industrialist Mukesh Ambani on 29 September. The MHA has given him Z+ category security. Mukesh Ambani will pay the cost of security. This expenditure will be 40 to 45 lakh rupees per month. Earlier, he had got Z category security. According to media reports, the Ministry of Home Affairs has taken this decision on the recommendation of IB. IB had expressed apprehension of danger on Mukesh Ambani.
