Mumbai: 35 people were rescued by fire brigade after the roof of Afsara building collapsed on SB Road in Mumbai’s Fort on Friday.
According to officials, the incident took place during the repair work of the building by MHADA.
“Some part of the roof of the third floor collapsed, blocking the staircase,” an official said.
No casualties have been reported in the incident.
