The incident happened on 30th May. Amar Manish Jariwala, 43, was passing through the sea link in his car. His driver was driving the car. Suddenly an eagle collided with their car and fell down. Manish immediately stopped the car and got down and proceeded to save the eagle. His driver also got down behind him.

At the same time, a taxi coming from behind did not stop even after seeing them on the road. The taxi driver hit both the people and left. Manish and his driver jumped into the air after colliding with the taxi and then fell on the road. In this incident, Amar Manish Jariwala died on the spot. Amar’s driver Shyam Sundar Kamat was also injured in the accident, who died during treatment.

Amar Manish Jariwala’s family told that he was sensitive towards animals and birds. Wherever possible he tried to help the animals.

The family does not want to sue the taxi driver
Amar’s family does not want to take any legal action against the taxi driver. Despite this, the Worli police have registered a case against the taxi driver.

The family told that Amar was very sensitive about animals and birds. His sensitivity became the cause of his death. Amar lived in a society located on Nepeansee Road in South Bombay. This accident happened to him when he was going to Malad in connection with some work.
