The gift of PM shelters to MP LIVE: 5 lakh 21 thousand families will get their roof, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will get home entrance

Today more than five lakh families will get their roof in Madhya Pradesh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will conduct ‘Griha Pravesam’ for 5 lakh 21 thousand people. The houses built under PM Modi Awas Yojana Gramin will be given to the beneficiaries through a virtual program. The Prime Minister will also address the people on this occasion. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will virtually connect with Chhatarpur in the program of the Prime Minister.

What is Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana?
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was launched on 1st April, 2016. So far more than 24 lakh houses have been built under this scheme in Madhya Pradesh. The target of the scheme is to construct pucca houses for all eligible homeless families and families living in kutcha and broken houses by 2024.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will meet the beneficiaries of the housing scheme in Chhatarpur. Panchu will have food at Rajak’s house.
