COLVA: The Colva police arrested Vikas Kumar, 26, of South Delhi on charges of attempting to murder Bhushan Thakur, 23, of Bihar.
According to a complaint by a friend of the victim, Kumar on Tuesday abused Thakur with filthy language over caste issues and then stabbed him in the stomach with a broken bottle. The police immediately shifted Thakur to Hospicio. Kumar was arrested on Wednesday.
