Telangana: Congress MLAs seek CM KCR’s appointment | Hyderabad News – Times of India

HYDERABAD: Telangana Congress legislature party leader Bhatti Vikramarka has sought an appointment with chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to represent important public works and problems in the constituencies being represented by the Congress MLAs and MLC.
In a letter to the CM, Bhatti urged for an appointment in the first week of February — anytime between February 1 and February 7.
Later, he told TOI that it has become essential to meet the CM as neither the TRS ministers nor the officers and officials in government departments were receiving the phone calls being made by the Congress elected representatives and leaders to represent the problems and works to be taken in respective constituencies.
“The TRS ministers are given appointments by the Union ministers of the BJP government at the Centre in New Delhi. But the TRS ministers in Telangana are not giving time to the Congress members. People represent their problems to us in our constituencies. We want to bring it to the notice of the CM seeking solutions,” Bhatti said.
Right from the implementation of Dalit Bandhu in every assembly constituency to increasing attacks and atrocities on the SCs and STs and women to other issues, the Congress elected representatives are planning to submit representations on various issues to the CM.
