Sylvester Stallone–who called it quits with Jennifer Flavin, after 25 years of marriage–was recently spotted at a film premiere in New York City. However, the 76-year-old actor doesn’t seem to be letting his recent split get in the way of work. The actor made attended the Amazon Prime Video’s Samaritan at AMC Empire 25. Stallone, who’s also a proficient social media user, took to Instagram to post a video of fans cheering for him while he gave a speech at the event.
He captioned the post, “A fantastic night tonight in New York City for the premiere of Amazon‘s ‘Samaritan’..”..”Keep punching.” Netizens appreciated the fact that Stallone made an appearance and were happy to see him. A user commented, “Sly, thank you again for bringing us what we’re sure will be a phenomenal movie! We thank you for all that you have given us, and continue to do so!”

Stallone’s appearance, however, comes days after Flavin announced that the couple was parting. “I am sad to announce that after 25 years of marriage I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone,” she wrote in a statement.
“While we will no longer be married, I will always cherish the more than a 30-year relationship that we shared, and I know we are both committed to our beautiful daughters. I ask for privacy for our family as we amicably move forward”, Flavin added.
Flavin and Stallone had recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in May 2022. However, Flavin filed for divorce mere months after. The businesswoman accused Stallone of engaging in “the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate”, OKmagazine reported.
