The dead body of the child was taken out from the crematorium by the police yesterday i.e. at 6 pm on Sunday.

FIR fixed if confirmed in postmortem
According to the Haryana Police, if the board of doctors will do the post-mortem of the child. If it is confirmed that the child died due to assault on the pregnant woman and the child suffered internal injuries, then a case is bound to be registered. At the same time, the condition of Kamlesh, wife of accused Shrikant, also remains critical. He is admitted in the hospital of the medical college itself.

Hindu organizations also came forward
Hindu organizations have also now come forward openly in the whole matter. Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s National General Secretary Dr. Surendra Jain met the family of cow protector Shrikant on Sunday and expressed grief over the murder of the child. They demand that a case of murder should be registered against the Rajasthan policemen who barged into Shrikant’s house and assaulted his wife.

Rajasthan Police has denied the allegations
The Rajasthan Police has denied the allegations of assault on Kamlesh, the pregnant wife of accused Shrikant. ASP Himmat Singh of Rajasthan’s Bharatpur said that his team had gone to Srikanth’s house but did not go inside. It was the Haryana Police that went inside Shrikant’s house and interrogated him. Haryana Police was also accompanying during the entire operation. His team detained Srikanth’s two brothers for questioning but later released them. However, Srikanth’s mother Dulari Devi says that she is not getting in touch with both the younger sons.

Both were identified as Junaid and Nasir of Ghatmika village in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan. His family said that both were caught by the Haryana Police. After which the people of Bajrang Dal burnt both of them alive.

In this case, the Haryana Police has registered a case of kidnapping and murder. In the same case, a case has also been registered against Shrikant Pandit as a cow protector.
