Swearing-in of ministers of Punjab: 4 Dalit MLAs took oath in first 5 ministers, eye doctor Baljeet is the only woman minister

The swearing-in of Bhagwant Mann Sarkar took place in Punjab on Saturday. In which 10 ministers took oath as ministers. Of these, 8 ministers have come as MLAs for the first time. After taking oath, all eyes are now on the division of departments. The swearing-in began with Harpal Cheema, the biggest Dalit face of AAP in Punjab. After this, the only woman minister of Mann government, Dr. Baljit Kaur took oath.

Harjot Bains, 31, has become the youngest minister. Bains is considered close to Arvind Kejriwal. Gurmeet Singh has been associated with Kejriwal since the time of Meet Hair Anna movement. MLA from Mansa Dr. Vijay Singla defeated famous Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. Brahmashankar is a big Hindu face in the Zimpa Mann government.

Chief Minister Mann took oath as the Chief Minister of Punjab on Wednesday. The ceremony took place in Khatkar Kalan, the village of Bhagat Singh. CM Bhagwant Mann’s son Dilshan Mann and daughter Seerat Kaur Mann have also reached the swearing-in ceremony of the ministers.

In Doaba, Brahmashankar Zimpa has been made a minister only from Hoshiarpur.

Caste Factor: In the Punjab government, now 4 Jatt Sikhs, 3 Hindu and 4 Dalit faces have been given place including CM Mann. These include a woman minister Dr. Baljit Kaur.
