The High Power Inquiry Committee, in its report, on behalf of Sukesh Chandrasekhar to Satyendar Jain Rs 60 crore (Rs 50 crore to get a Rajya Sabha seat from AAP and Rs 10 crore as security money), the then Director General (Prisons) Sandeep Goyal 12.50 crores and Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gehlot has reiterated the allegations of paying 50 crores in cash to Satyendar Jain in 4 installments at the farm house in Delhi’s Asola Mines.
According to the report, it is clear from Sukesh Chadrasekhar’s chats, calls that Chief Minister Kejriwal was fully aware of these financial transactions. According to the Power Committee, Sukesh’s claim that after the completion of delivery of Rs 50 crore in 2017, Sukesh held a dinner party at Hotel Hyatt Regency, Bhikaji Cama Place, in which Jain and Gehlot also attended. Sukesh is ready to hand over his phone, chats, calls, location and also some video footage to the probe agency for investigation.

Sukesh claims Jain used to talk to Kejriwal after taking money
According to the probe committee, Sukesh has revealed that after giving money to Satyendar Jain and Kailash Gehlot at Delhi’s farm house, Satyendar Jain used to talk to CM Arvind Kejriwal through his phone. Sukesh said that he also met Arvind Kejriwal. The High Power Committee has found Sukesh’s allegations to be serious in nature, and has recommended a special agency probe to bring out the truth.
