SpiceJet: Shock before landing at Durgapur, showcase SpiceJet, strict DGCA

The incident happened a month ago. MUMBAI: A sudden jolt in the mid-sky of Durgapur Spice Jet caused panic among the passengers. 14 passengers were also injured. This time, the Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Wednesday protested against SpiceJet. This time DGCA demanded a reply from the private airline.

The Air Accident Investigation Bureau initially conducted an investigation. A show cause notice was then sent to the airline. This was stated by an official of DGCA. Instructions have been given to reply within 15 days.

Meanwhile, sources said that the plane was coming from Mumbai to Durgapur on May 1. There were 195 passengers on the plane. A sudden jolt in the middle of the sky caused widespread panic among the passengers. But in the end the B737-800 aircraft safely touched the ground. Passengers also have to be admitted to the hospital. It was initially thought that the tremors were due to Kalbaishakhi

Preliminary investigations, meanwhile, show that The aircraft has weather radar. That radar warns the pilot not to let the plane crash in bad weather. However, according to an official, action will be taken against the airline after receiving a response from Showcase.
