Former Congress president Sonia Gandhi, who decided to shift from Lok Shabha to Rajya Sabha, wrote a heartfelt letter to the people of her constituency – Rae Bareli on Thursday.
“Won’t be able to fight Lok Sabha polls due to health concerns,” said Gandhi in the letter
