Sachin Thapan, the mastermind of Punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala murder case, has been arrested in Azerbaijan. At the same time, the location of gangster Lawrence’s brother Anmol has also been found in Kenya. Both of them fled India on fake passports even before Musewala’s murder. Soon after knowing this, the Punjab Police along with the Union Ministry of External Affairs has started the process of bringing Sachin to India.

Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead in Mansa on 29 May. Its responsibility was taken by the Canadian gangster Goldie Brar of Lawrence Gang.

According to sources, Sachin was caught about a month ago on his arrival in Azerbaijan through a fake passport. The information of which was given to the Union Ministry of External Affairs a few days ago. Soon after knowing this, the Ministry of External Affairs has sought the complete criminal record of Sachin Thapan from the Punjab Police. Along with his arrest warrant, a report has also been sought about the role in Sidhu Musewala’s case. Through these, the process of extradition to India from Azerbaijan is being expedited.

Anmol first ran to Canada, then to Kenya
According to sources, Anmol and Sachin had fled to Nepal before Moosewala’s murder. Before fleeing there, he made a fake passport. From Nepal both went to Azerbaijan. After reaching there, Anmol went to Canada. Sachin was caught in a fake passport case. When this came to know, Anmol fled from Canada to Kenya.

Lawrence sent out of India before being murdered
The Punjab Police investigation revealed that Sachin Thapan and Anmol, along with Lawrence and Goldie Brar, are also the masterminds of the Moosewala murder case. Before killing Musewala, Lawrence made his passports fake. On the basis of which they were sent out. After this, Musewala was assassinated on 29 May. Sachin Thapan later claimed responsibility for the murder by calling a TV channel.

Lawrence hatched the conspiracy to kill Musewala while sitting in Tihar Jail. After this, Anmol and Sachin carried out the entire conspiracy with the Canadian gangster Goldie Brar.
