Along with this, the Shinde faction also announced the new executive. In this, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has been elected as the new leader of Shiv Sena. The special thing is that Shiv Sena has not removed the post of party chief. That is, the post of Uddhav Thackeray has been kept as it is.

Deepak Kesarkar elected spokesperson
In the new executive, Deepak Kesarkar has been elected as the spokesperson, while Ramdas Kadam and Anandrao Adsul have been elected as the leaders. Yashwant Jadhav, Gulabrao Patil, Uday Samant, Sharad Ponkashe, Tanaji Sawant, Vijay Nahata, Shivajirao Adhrao Patil have been elected as deputy leaders.

Uddhav faction expelled two leaders from the party
Here, the Uddhav Thackeray faction has expelled senior leader Ramdas Kadam and former MP Anandrao Adsul from Shiv Sena on charges of anti-party activities. Hearing on disqualification of rebel MLAs on July 20
The Supreme Court has constituted a three-judge bench to hear the Maharashtra crisis. This bench will hear the matter on July 20. A bench of Chief Justice NV Ramana, Justices Krishna Murari and Hema Kohli will hear the petitions filed by the Uddhav Thackeray-led camp and the Eknath Shinde camp.

40 rebel MLAs with Shinde faction
Eknath Shinde had rebelled after the Maharashtra Legislative Council election results. He reached Surat with the rebel Shiv Sena MLAs, then from there to Guwahati. The Uddhav-led government fell due to the break in Shiv Sena. After this Eknath Shinde became the new Chief Minister of the state with the support of BJP. At the same time, Devendra Fadnavis was made the Deputy CM. There are 50 MLAs in Eknath Shinde’s camp. These include 40 Shiv Sena MLAs and 10 independents.
