Sharad Pawar questions Uddhav’s decision to rename Aurangabad, says it was not part of Aghadi agenda

Days after losing power in Maharashtra, rift in Maha Vikas Aghadi has come to light. NCP chief Sharad Pawar has questioned Uddhav Thackeray’s decision to rename Aurangabad and said the decision was taken without consultation.

He also said that the remaining Aurangabad was not part of the common minimum program.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut tried to play down Sharad Pawar’s reaction and said they will contest the 2024 polls in alliance with NCP.
