Kanpur: UP Volleyball Association will conduct selection trials for its team to participate in the 78th National Senior (Men & Women) championship to be held from February 7 to February 13.
According to Sunil Kumar Tiwari, honorary secretary of the association, the trials will be held at Ram Lila ground, Shyam Nagar in the city on January 21 at 11 am. A training camp for selected probable is likely to be held in Varanasi from January 23 to February 5. Thereafter, a final team will be selected for the national championship which will leave for Bhuvaneshwar on February 5, he said. tnn
