Nupur’s petition dismissed after bitter comment
The Supreme Court also rejected her plea to transfer the cases against Nupur to Delhi in different parts of the country. After the court’s rebuke, Nupur Sharma’s lawyer Maninder Singh said that she has apologized for her statement and she has also withdrawn it. To this, the court said that by the time the apology was made, it was too late. He should have apologized on TV at the same time. After this Nupur’s lawyer sought permission to withdraw the petition, the court approved it.

The hearing in the Supreme Court started at 11.03 am on Friday, which lasted till 11.30 am. After a hearing of 27 minutes, two judges in the Supreme Court disposed of Nupur’s petition in a three-line order. However, the four most bittersweet comments made by the bench on Nupur were not mentioned in the court’s order.

The Supreme Court issued a three-line order dismissing Nupur Sharma’s petition. There is no mention of the harsh words of the court in this order.

Court referred to Udaipur massacre
In the hearing, a bench of Supreme Court Justice Surya Kant and Justice JB Pardiwala also mentioned the Udaipur murder case. The bench said that Nupur Sharma said irresponsible things with abusive language, without thinking what would be the result.

Another petition in the Supreme Court for Nupur
On Friday evening, another petition was filed in the Supreme Court, in which Nupur Sharma’s life is in danger, demanding to provide her security. This petition has been sent through a letter and at present the stand of the court has not been revealed.
