samsung: Samsung to reportedly bring One UI 4.1 update to its flagships in February – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Samsung has already rolled out Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update for its Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Galaxy S Fold 2 smartphones. Now the company is planning to roll out One UI 4.0 to more smartphones in the coming weeks.
According to an online report by Sammobile, the South Korean smartphone maker has started working on the One UI 4.1 update and it is expected release early next year. Quoting a Samsung Members forum moderator, the report adds that the Samsung Galaxy S22 series will come pre-loaded with Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update. Along with this, the newer version of the One UI is also expected to be released for the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy Note 20, and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in February 2022.
The report also suggests that the smartphone maker is said to roll out One UI 4.1 update for mid and entry-level smartphones later next year. Samsung has also not yet revealed the features of the One UI 4.1 update. The online report also reveals that Samsung smartphones and tablets which are said to launch in the first half of 2022 may come with One UI 4.1 onboard.
Meanwhile, Samsung is gearing up for the launch of its much-awaited Galaxy S21 FE smartphone. The company is said to launch the smartphone on January 4, 2022, at CES.
According to an official listing, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will be available in two variants. As per the listing, the variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will be priced at 769 euros and the variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will be available at 839 euros. The listings also reveal that the smartphone will be available in White and Olive colour options. As per previous reports, the device will be available in Graphite and Lavender colour options as well.
