Samsung Galaxy M53 5G may run MediaTek Dimensity 900 – Times of India

Samsung Galaxy M53 5G has appeared on Geekbench listing website. The smartphone will succeed the last year’s Galaxy M52 5G and is expected to launch soon. Samsung Galaxy M53 5G was listed on Geekbench with model number SM-M536B. As per the listing, the handset may come powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset. It may be paired with 6GB of RAM.
The smartphone scored 733 and 2,224 points in single-core and multi-core tests on Geekbench. The phone will likely run on Android 12 with One UI 4.0 on top.
To recall, Samsung Galaxy M52 5G was launched in September 2021. The smartphone is a mid-range phone that is powered by a Qualcomm processor and comes with 5G support. It is equipped with a 6.7-inch Infinity-O display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The smartphone comes powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor paired with 6GB/8GB of RAM. the device offers 128GB internal storage. It has a microSD card slot to expand the storage further.
Samsung Galaxy M52 5G was launched with Android 11 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of One UI. It houses a 5,000mAh battery and comes with 25watt fast charging support. The dual SIM phone comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
On the camera front, the smartphone has a triple camera on the back. It is equipped with a 64MP main sensor, 12MP ultra-wide angle lens and 5MP macro camera. For selfies, the phone has a 32MP camera at the front.
