For the unversed, Samantha Ruth Prabhu left her fans concerned when she made a public appearance in Mumbai last month. In a video that surfaced on social media, the actress was seen posing for the paparazzi as she arrived at an event. She sported a black outfit, left her tresses open and opted for minimal accessories. However, soon after the video was shared online, fans rushed to the comments section expressing concern for Samantha. While some mentioned that she looked unrecognisable, others argued that the actress had lost a lot of weight.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will soon be seen in Citadel: Honey Bunny. It is the Indian series within the Citadel universe, originally headlined by Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden. Earlier this month, the teaser of Citadel: Hunny Bunny was released when Samantha opened up about working with Varun Dhawan and said, “All he thinks about from the moment he wakes up is how to improve his craft. He’s constantly focused on how to perform each scene better. Not only is he dedicated to his work, but he’s also one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met.”
On the personal front, Samantha’s ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya, recently got engaged to actress Sobhita Dhulipala in an intimate ceremony attended by their close family members. While the couple has not shed light on their wedding plans, a new report has claimed that Chay and Sobhita have narrowed down two possible dates for the wedding.
