Moscow accused Ukraine of attacking a petroleum storage tank in the Russian city of Belgorod using two helicopters. This would be the first attack on Russian soil since the war began on February 24th, if confirmed. Two Ukrainian helicopters entered into Russia at low altitude before unleashing airstrikes on an oil storage complex roughly 25 miles from the border, according to the governor of the border city.
