The Ukrainian port city of Mariupol is now under siege by Russian forces. The metropolis, which formerly had a population of over 400,000 people, is now in ruins. According to the mayor of Mariupol, the Russian attack killed around 10,000 civilians. However, the Russian military was also spotted distributing clothes and food in the Mariupol and Donbas area after massive destruction.
