The ruckus of the youth has started in Haryana against the Agneepath scheme of the Centre. In Haryana’s Palwal, youths blocked the National Highway in protest against the scheme. After this the youth had a clash with the police. In front of the rest house on the National Highway, youths ransacked three police vehicles and set a car on fire. There was heavy stone pelting on the police. The police fired tear gas and fired in the air to bring the situation under control. Things have become very tense here.

The youth are still furious and stones are being pelted heavily on the road. More than half a dozen passenger vehicles have been vandalized. Furious youths have also broken glass by pelting stones at the media center. A fierce demonstration of youth is going on near the rest house in front of the old court on the National Highway. More than half a dozen policemen including DSP Yashpal Khatana have been injured.

Youth committed suicide in Rohtak

In protest against the Agneepath scheme, where youths have come out on the road at many places in Haryana, a youth, who has been recruiting the army for two years in Rohtak, committed suicide by hanging himself in the room of PG Hostel in Rohtak today. The deceased has been identified as Sachin resident of Lijwana district Jind. It has been told that the youth was upset about bringing a new policy of army recruitment to Agni Path two days ago. PGI police station Rohtak has taken the body in possession and sent it for post-mortem. Police and family told that Sachin has taken the step of suicide due to the cancellation of army recruitment and bringing a four-year scheme.
