Describing the move as illegal, he said that the Hansi police had completed the investigation of the cases registered against the celebrities. Now only the challan was left to be filed in the special court established under the SC ST Act of Hisar. All three celebrities had joined the police investigation. On the orders of the High Court, the three accused celebrities had got interim bail after their arrest. The interrogation was also almost over and their mobiles and laptops were also confiscated by the Hansi police.

Will go to High Court: Kalsan

Kalson said that the government has transferred this investigation by taking illegal steps on the request of the three accused celebrities to mislead the investigation of the cases. There is heavy political pressure on Haryana Government and Haryana Police. He feared that the cases could be dismissed by changing the direction of investigation to save these three celebrities as part of the conspiracy. They will file a petition in the Punjab Haryana High Court seeking directions to the police in this regard. In this case, the final report under Section 173 of CrPC should be presented in the special court at the earliest and the trial should be initiated against the three accused celebrities.
