The Community Health Officer (CHO) was raped on Friday in Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur. The minor accused raped the girl by tying her hands and feet inside the sub-health center. While the two accused were supporting him, and also made a video of this entire incident. The main accused is a minor (17 years). At present, the police have arrested 3. The search is on for the fourth accused. The incident is of Jhagrakhand police station area of Chhuchchhi village.
According to Jhagrakhand police station in-charge Deepesh Saini, the victim is a resident of Community Health Officer, Gram Panchayat Paradol. She comes every day at 10 am for duty at the sub-health center of Chhichchupi, 5 km away. There is also a Pre-Secondary School, Anganwadi and Gram Panchayat Bhawan in the sub-health center premises. Holidays for the festival of Diwali have been given in schools from October 21, so schools and Anganwadis were closed on Fridays. Sarpanch Angad Singh told that, he and the secretary also went home after locking the office around 12-1 noon.
The community health officer was the only survivor there. Although 3 people are posted in the sub health center Chhichchhi, but the RHO and another health worker had gone for vaccination. According to Additional SP Nimes Baraiya, three accused came to the sub-health center at 3 pm yesterday. He tied the hands and feet of the nurse. Only the minor raped the girl. The rest 2 Ramkumar and Omprakash were his associates. Both the associates brought a mobile from Kotwar’s grandson Kishan, who was working a short distance away from the spot and made a video of the rape victim. Therefore, the police has also made Kotwar’s grandson an accused.

The accused opened the hands and feet of the rape victim after 2 hours at 5 in the evening, and threatened her not to inform anyone about the incident and asked her to leave. The victim CHO somehow reached her home in Paradol from her scooty, and gave complete information to the family. After this, a case was registered after reaching the Jhagrakhand police station along with the family members. The police were also shocked by such a big incident in broad daylight in the sub health center. The victim has given the names of the accused. The fourth accused is from Kaudimar village of Khadgawan Janpad Panchayat.
BJP District President Anil Kesharwani condemned the incident.
With regard to accused Ramkumar, the police has gone to Kaudimar village for the arrest of the fourth accused. Here, police force has been deployed in the village so that no untoward situation is created. Top officials have reached the spot. At present the incident is being investigated.

Here politics has also intensified in this matter. BJP leaders-workers have reached the Jhagrakhand police station and are protesting against the government. BJP District President Anil Kesharwani said that crime is increasing exponentially under Congress rule. It is shameful to see such an incident happen in broad daylight.

First the minor was given a cold drink mixed with alcohol in a hotel, then two youths raped her. After this he was taken to Bilaspur. There 3 more youths had raped her in a deserted house. Three youths including Bharatpur Youth Congress President Shahnawaz Ali were arrested after the incident was reported. In this whole case, a young woman who was accompanying the youth was also arrested.
