Gurmeet Ram Rahim, convicted of Sadhvi sexual abuse, Chhatrapati and Ranjit murder case, reached Sunaria Jail on Monday evening after his 30-day parole ended.
A motorcycle came in front of Ram Rahim’s convoy near Sunaria Jail Chowk. The guard posted in Ram Rahim’s convoy drove the motorcycle to the side of the middle road and the convoy safely went to Sunaria Jail. The jail administration had made elaborate security arrangements for the return of Ram Rahim.
Speculations seemed to arrive in the morning
Ram Rahim was granted parole for 30 days. He also kept in touch with his followers while on parole. Parole ended on July 17. There were speculations that Ram Rahim would return to the jail on Monday morning itself. But with the convoy, he returned to Sunaria jail late in the evening. In view of the security, the police had made strict arrangements. However, a vehicle of one of the security personnel had to stop for some time as a motorcycle came in front of the convoy.

Ram Rahim, who is serving a life sentence, got parole for 30 days. Ram Rahim came out on parole on June 17 and during this time he stayed at Barnawa Ashram in Baghpat. The Dera Sacha Sauda chief also released an album this time while on parole. Also came on stage and did satsang for the sangat. The parole period ended on July 17, after which he returned to Sunaria jail.
Received furlough even before Punjab elections
Since 2017, Sadhvi is serving life sentence for sexual assault, journalist Chhatrapati and Ranjit murder case. Ram Rahim got a furlough of 21 days on 7 February just before the Punjab elections this year. However, this furlough was conditional. During the furlough, Ram Rahim stayed in the ashram in Gurugram, during which he kept his distance from the sangat. At the same time, no condition was imposed for parole to Ram Rahim.
