Dera Sacha Sauda Mukhi Baba Ram Rahim is behind the sacrilege in Punjab. Punjab Police has named Baba in 2 cases. These include the issue of putting up controversial posters and getting the sacred parts of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. The Faridkot court has now ordered Dera Mukhi to appear on May 4. This hearing will be done through video conferencing. Baba is currently lodged in the Sunaria Jail in Rohtak, Haryana.
Punjab Police has filed a supplementary charge sheet in this regard in the court. In which it was said that Ram Rahim is also behind the disputed poster case in FIR number 117. Apart from this, he is also the prime accused in the sacrilege case of FIR number 128. In this case, the holy parts of Sri Guru Granth Sahib were found scattered in the streets in Bargadi. The police has already named Baba in FIR number 63 for theft of the holy form of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
Demand to nominate Baba in the shooting
After these cases, there is a demand to nominate Ram Rahim in the Behbal Kalan shooting incident. Relatives of those killed in the shooting said that Dera Mukhi Ram Rahim is also responsible for this. Case should be registered against him also.
SIT gave the answer in HC, a conspiracy of sacrilege hatched in the camp
In the sacrilege case of 2015, the SIT of Punjab Police had given a report to the HC. In which it was said that the entire conspiracy of sacrilege was hatched in Dera Sacha Sauda Headquarters Sirsa. The SIT comprising IG SPS Parmar had submitted a 65-page status report in the High Court. Ram Rahim was asked by the SIT to Sunaria jail and asked 114 questions. Baba answered, but shrugged off every question related to sacrilege.
