Highlights of Rakshabandhan 2022
1- This time the date of Rakshabandhan will be two days. Purnima Tithi will start from 10.38 am on August 11. The full moon date will end on August 12 at 7.05 am.
2- According to the Hindu calendar, the holy festival of Rakshabandhan is always celebrated in Sawan Purnima Tithi and Sawan Nakshatra. In such a situation, Shravan Nakshatra will start from 6.53 am on 11th August and full moon date will start from 10.38 am.
3- This time on the day of Rakshabandhan i.e. on 11th August 2022, Bhadra period will start from morning itself which will last till evening. According to the scriptures, no auspicious and auspicious work is done during Bhadra and Rahukal.
4- On August 11, Bhadra will remain for the whole day. But the timing of Bhadra may be different in different Panchangs. In some almanacs, Bhadra will last from 10.38 am to 08.50 pm.
5- Rahukal is also considered inauspicious in the scriptures. On August 11, Rahukal will remain from 01:41 pm to 03.19 pm.
