The 2024 Rajasthan Board examinations for the students of Class 12 are scheduled to commence on February 29. According to the updates, the board has issued strict instructions for the examinations. The appearing candidates and the staff have to strictly adhere to these instructions during the examination.

According to the Chief District Education Officer in Jodhpur Seema Sharma, discussions were carried out by the board about preventing cheating, and other related activities during the examinations. It was done in a meeting held recently.

The candidates are not allowed to do any rough work on the question paper after it has been distributed. If any candidate is caught doing so, they could be disqualified from the examination and disciplinary action will be carried out against them.

The administration of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education has provided more instructions for the students to keep in mind. The candidates are not allowed to carry any electronic devices like a mobile phone, a digital watch, any other gadget, a book, a passbook etc, in the examination hall. If unintentionally or in a hurry, they forget to remove something from their pockets, then it is to be kept outside. The candidates are also advised to thoroughly check the table allotted to them because if anything is found later during the inspection, the candidate could be held responsible. If they have written anything on their body, remember to wash or clean it before entering the examination hall.

Furthermore, the board has mentioned unfair means, which are strictly prohibited to carry out. These include providing fake details in the application, attempting to assist another candidate during the examination, copying answers or cheating from a book, contacting the staff present for help, leaving money to influence the examiner, forging signatures and more.
