The wedding festivities of billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s son Anant and his to-be-wife Radhika Merchant are going on in full swing. The Amani family hosted a grand haldi ceremony at their Mumbai residence, Antilia, on July 8. The event was a star-studded affair, with who’s who of Bollywood and TV in attendance. Singer Rahul Vaidya’s name was also on the guest list. Rahul attended the Haldi ceremony along with his wife, actress Disha Parmar. Sharing glimpses from the event, the singer posted a photo on Instagram with Disha and Ranveer Singh. While the couple was decked up in red and orange outfits, the Simmba actor was soaked in haldi (turmeric) and wearing an orange kurta and yellow trousers.
In the captions, the Bigg Boss 14 runner-up also expressed his excitement about performing at the haldi ceremony of Anant Ambani. He wrote, “It was so amazing to perform at the haldi of Anant bhai & Radhika. Wish them infinite time of love and happiness together.”
Rahul Vaidya also showered praises on Ranveer Singh and called him the star of the event. “Baba the special man aapne shaam ko 4 nahi 40 chaand lagaye hain…har party har mehfil ki raunak aur sabki jaan Ranveer Baba,” Rahul wrote.
Fans were thrilled by the post and flooded the comments section with love-filled messages for the couple. An Instagram user wrote, “Such a lovely picture.”
Ranveer also commented on the pic and wrote, “Pyar pyar pyar pyar pyar (love, love, love, love),” followed by multiple red heart emoticons.
