Rahul Gandhi reached Mukherjee Nagar in Delhi on Thursday evening. Here he interacted with the students preparing for the Civil Services Recruitment Examination of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The UPSC preliminary exam of 2023 is on 28 May.
