The film, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, registered a record opening and has been minting money at the box office worldwide. In just two days, the film entered the Rs 100 crore club and continues to pull crowds to the theatre. Radhe Shyam was in the making for nearly three years.

Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s Radhe Shyam hit the theatres on March 11. Due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, the film’s shooting and release plans were disrupted more than once. After nearly three years, Radhe Shyam finally saw the light of the day last week.
According to trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan, Radhe Shyam continues to register good numbers at the box office. The film has collected Rs 112.06 crore in two days. The real test for Radhe Shyam begins today and the film has to pull people to the theatres during the weekdays to venture into the profit zone.

Radhe Shyam follows the love story between a palmist and a doctor. While Prabhas played the role of VikramadityaPooja Hegde was seen playing the role of Prerana. The film talks about the war between love and destiny and how these two people fall in love despite all odds.
Apart from Prabhas and Pooja Hegde, the film also stars Bhagyashree, Sachin Khedekar Jayaram, Jagapathi Babu and Murali Sharma in supporting roles. Radhe Shyam is produced on a massive budget by UV Creations.
