Punjabi killed his wife in Brampton city of Canada. Both husband and wife were living separately for about 6 months. The woman wanted to get a divorce. The deceased had reached the park only to talk with the accused, but in the park itself, the accused stabbed his wife. Whose video also went viral.

Peel Regional Police arrested Nav Nishan Singh, 44, on Friday for the murder of 43-year-old Davinder Kaur in a park in Brampton. Police have charged Nav Nishan with first degree murder.

The incident took place after 6 pm last Friday. Police were called to Sparrow Park in the Cherry-Tree Drive and Sparrow Court area. Police found Davinder Kaur injured on the footpath. He was badly stabbed with knives. Police and paramedics began efforts to save her, but the woman died shortly after on the pavement.

Police caught Nav Nishan Singh after search
Police arrested Nav Nishan Singh at a distance of about two kilometers from the spot. Investigation revealed that both were husband and wife and were living separately from each other. There was a long standing family feud between Nav Nishan Singh and Davinder Kaur. Both used to accuse each other and were living separately for 6 months. After which Davinder Kaur was also ready to take divorce.

She had come to talk to Nav Nishan in connection with the divorce, but there was a conflict between the two over some issue. It can be clearly heard in the video that Nav Nishan is interrupting him about going to the police and is also talking about not talking to him under the influence of someone else. The police have also captured the video.
