Punjab: Pro-Khalistani Group Issues Warning To Rahul Gandhi, SSP’s Office Walls Defaced With Sl

Slogans in favour of Khalistan were found written on the walls of the SSP office in Punjab’s Sri Muktsar Sahib. Sikhs for Justice, a banned Khalistani terror organization based in the US, released a video taking responsibility for the act.

The pro-Khalistan group also issued a warning for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi ahead of his Bharat Jodo Yatra in Punjab.

The Khalistani group once again threatened the Congress leader and challenged him to walk on the streets of Punjab.

Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Yatra will enter Punjab on January 11.

The group in the video said that a “bomb found in the park near CM Bhagwant Mann’s Chandigarh residence could also have been found on the helipad.”

This is the second time such an incident has been reported in Sri Muktsar Sahib. Before this, pro-Khalistani slogans were found written on the walls of the government college.

The Bharat Jodo Yatra today resumed its second leg of the journey from the national capital after a nine-day winter break.

The yatra started from the Hanuman Mandir at Kashmiri Gate this morning and entered Uttar Pradesh this afternoon, after passing through the busy Outer Ring Road.

Former Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) secretary Amarjit Singh Dulat walked along with the Congress MP during the Yatra in Delhi.

The Yatra will remain in Uttar Pradesh for two days and will enter Haryana’s Panipat by Thursday evening.

After traversing from Punjab and a day through Himachal Pradesh, the yatra will then enter Jammu and Kashmir.

The yatra, which started in Kanyakumari on September 7, has been on for 100 days and covered over 3,000 km so far. The Yatra has touched parts of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra, and Haryana.
