Based on the report of the Special Task Force (STF), the Punjab Police has registered a case against Bikram Singh Majithia under different sections of the Narcotics Control Bureau and Psychotropic Substances Act. However, Captain Amarinder Singh has said that the Government’s action is wrong.
Former Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh said that the case registered against Bikram Singh Majithia cannot be proved in court as the government has not followed the legal process. He said that this is a wrong case. I am well aware of this case. Captain Amarinder Singh said that the investigation report of this case is pending in the Punjab-Haryana High Court. Despite this, registering a case against Majithia is an act of political vendetta. This arrangement is absolutely wrong.
