The Mandya district police in Karnataka arrested a BJP worker for allegedly raising a pro-Pakistan slogan during a 2022 protest when the former BJP government was in power in the state. The arrest came a day after three Congress workers were arrested for raising pro-Pakistan slogans in the Vidhana Soudha on February 27 after party candidate Syed Naseer Hussain was elected to the Rajya Sabha.
