The BJP has claimed that 17 opposition MPs have cross-voted in favour of NDA’s candidate Droupadi Murmu, sources said.
Meanwhile, Droupadi Murmu has cemented her lead. After the second round of counting, NDA’s presidential nominee Droupadi Murmu secured 1,349 votes valued at 4,83,299. Opposition candidate Yashwant Sinha got 537 votes.
