Security has been beefed up for opposition candidate Yashwant Sinha amid nominations for the presidential elections. He has been given Z category security by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Earlier, Draupadi Murmu was also given Z category security.
Draupadi will file nomination on Yashwant 27 today
Draupadi Murmu will file her nomination on Friday i.e. today. Yashwant Sinha is scheduled to file his nomination on June 27. June 29 is the last date for nominations. Polling will be held on July 18 and the results will be out on July 21. President Ram Nath Kovind’s term ends on July 24.
