Bhakiyu’s claim has not yet been canceled in 35 cases

It has been claimed by the Bharatiya Kisan Union that the government has not lived up to its promise. Right now, 35 cases have not been canceled in the cases filed against the farmers during all the three agricultural agitations. Again under compulsion, Bhakiyu has to take the stand of the movement to protect the interests of the farmers.

Government is claiming this

Contrary to the claims of farmers’ leaders, the Haryana government says that the cases filed against the movement have been withdrawn. So far 294 cases have been cancelled. Some are in process. It has been claimed by the government that there are 164 cases whose approval has been received from the government. The court has given approval for cancellation of 98 cases.

Former Governor Satyapal Malik says that if the movement starts again, he will support the farmers.

Former governor is also in favor of the movement

Former Governor Satyapal Malik is in favor of starting the farmer’s movement again. He has said that the government has taken back all the three crops, but has not yet fulfilled the demands of the farmers. In Haryana, the state and central government are working to spread casteism. He has also said that if the farmer starts the movement again, he will support them.
