In a new update about Prasanth Neel and Jr NTR’s collaboration NTR 31, industry experts say film will go on floors in April 2024.
Since it was announced that popular actor Jr. NTR will be collaborating with director Prashanth Neel of Salaar and KGF 2 fame, fans have been eager in anticipation for any updates on the project. The film is temporarily titled NT3 31, marking the actor’s 31st film as an actor. Now, according to recent reports, the shooting of the film will begin in April 2024.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to the microblogging site X, formerly known as Twitter, to share this update on the film. He wrote, “JR NTR – PRASHANTH NEEL PAN-INDIA FILM STARTS APRIL 2024… #NTRJr and #KGF2, #Salaar director #PrashanthNeel team up for #NTR31, produced by #MythriMovieMakers and #NTRArts… Starts April 2024. #NTRNeel #JrNTR.”
Fans of the actor and the director flooded the comments section with their hot takes on this development. The actor’s first look was unveiled back in May 2022 with a black-and-white close-up shot poster, on the occasion of Jr. NTR’s 39th birthday. The poster featured the RRR actor in an intense, rugged avatar. The announcement read, “The only soil that is worth remembering is the one soaked in blood!! His soil… His reign… But definitely not his blood… #NTR31 is going to be hugeeeee .”
The film will be bankrolled by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers along with Nandamuri Kalyanram’s NTR Arts.
