The game of power is very strange. Nothing can be said about when who will come to the floor or bring it to the floor. At present, the situation of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has become the same as that of Lalu Yadav when he was the Chief Minister of Bihar. Although Lalu had no option but to make Rabri Devi the chief minister, Hemant Soren has many options.

Actually, Hemant Soren was accused of taking mining lease while in the post of Chief Minister. He was found guilty in the investigation. The Election Commission has recommended to the Governor that he can take disqualification action against Hemant Soren. By the action of disqualification, he will be disqualified from the post of MLA.

The case is about taking double benefit while in office. If the government wants, any matter can reach the decision as soon as possible. The example of which is the case of Hemant Soren. Simply, the works of public interest get delayed.

As far as the options left with Hemant Soren are concerned, these are many. After being disqualified, Soren can resign from his post and be re-elected as the leader of the legislature party and after staking claim to form the government, he can become the chief minister again. In six months, he can again become an MLA by winning an election from a vacant seat.

Apart from this, he can also make his wife the chief minister like Lalu. His father can also become the Chief Minister and as was the case in Punjab, the Chief Minister was Parkash Singh Badal and the power was run by Sukhbir Singh, similarly Hemant Soren can run the power by putting Shibu Soren on the throne.

However, as Sharad Pawar said in the past that the BJP will eat smaller parties, something like this is beginning to appear in Indian politics. But this is one side. The other side is that what was the need for Hemant Soren to take the mining contract while being the Chief Minister? It is a different matter whether he had taken the contract or someone had taken it in his name, whatever it was, it was not necessary.

It is another matter that many ministers and chief ministers of many other states have opened their businesses under other names. Some in the name of children, some in the name of relatives, some in the name of servants also. The Election Commission does not see all this. The contract due to which Hemant Soren is going to be disqualified, he would have taken the same contract under another name!

The Election Commission's recommendation to disqualify CM Soren reached Jharkhand Governor Ramesh Bais while he was in Delhi. Now the governor has returned to Ranchi. Now let's see what verdict they give. They can also stop Hemant Soren from contesting elections.

The Election Commission’s recommendation to disqualify CM Soren reached Jharkhand Governor Ramesh Bais while he was in Delhi. Now the governor has returned to Ranchi. Now let’s see what verdict they give. They can also stop Hemant Soren from contesting elections.

However, the ball is now in the governor’s court. It is being said that the Governor will give his decision on Friday. But the governor, who came through Delhi for four days, can stop his decision and pronounce it on the day it is needed. That is, the day Hemant Soren’s condition appears very weak. After all, the letter of the Election Commission is a brahmastra. Use whenever you want!

The Governor may not take any decision against Hemant Soren. It is their right. It may also happen that Hemant Soren may also be barred from contesting elections. But this requires legal consideration. There are multiple opinions on whether this is possible or not.

By the way, the math of power in Jharkhand is not so weak that only the government can get out of the hands of Hemant Soren. Because Congress cannot come in favor of BJP. The BJP also does not like the RJD with a split eye. So, at present there is no prospect of change of power.
