Prime Minister Narendra Modi has condemned those who insult Gujarat and Gujaratis during a rally in Junagadh, Gujarat. Modi appealed to the people to teach a lesson to such people. PM Modi today launched development works worth Rs 4,155 crore in Junagadh. During this speech, he asked Gujaratis to stay away from negative people who tell lies.

PM Modi said that if a person from any part of the country achieves any achievement, then will you be proud or not? Will you be happy or not if scientists from the south succeed in ISRO? Would you be happy if a youth from Haryana wins a gold medal in the Olympics?

But from last two decades we are seeing that there are some people with bad mentality who do not like the success of Gujarat or any Gujarati. They insult Gujarat and slander Gujaratis.

PM Modi said- ‘Some political parties feel that their ideology will not be fulfilled unless they abuse Gujarat and Gujaratis. Don’t you think that people who insult Gujarat day and night should be taught a lesson? Should we tolerate such people who are defaming Gujarat?’

A few days ago, AAP leader Gopal Italia made fun of Modi’s mother, whose video was released by the BJP. This speech of PM Modi is believed to be in response to this.
