The PM is on a three-day visit to Gujarat from Sunday.

Ahead of the Gujarat Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a three-day visit to Gujarat from Sunday (October 30). They reached Vadodara in the afternoon. The PM will lay the foundation stone of the country’s first transport aircraft plant here. The manufacturing of C-295 military transport aircraft will start at this plant. It will be a medium-lift military transport aircraft. Spain’s Airbus Defense Company and Tata Consortium are starting this plant together.

Important step towards self-reliant India
This plant, which is going to be started in India, will be special in itself because this is the first time that the C-295 aircraft will be made outside Europe. At the same time, for the first time in the country, a private company is going to make this transport aircraft. This is being considered as a strong step towards making India self-reliant.

In Tharad on 31st, will lay the foundation stone of development works
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will announce Bhoomi Pujan and development works of various projects worth 8034 crores from Tharad in Banaskantha district on October 31. Various development works related to water in the district are involved in this. To make the states watery, visionary works were started by Narendra Modi as Chief Minister, to make them come true, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has worked in the last one year and provided public facilities. Announcement of pipeline, distribution canal from Tharad, additional water harvesting facilities in villages, Bhoomi Pujan of new barrage construction work and development works will be done. Such an important decision has been taken in the direction of solving water related problems in North Gujarat. Which will benefit the farmers in the coming days.
