The Government of India and the Army are going to take a big step to make the Line of Action Control (LAC) bordering China with civilian guards. It was decided to re-populate 500 villages to make the villages of the border areas considered as eyes-nose-ears of the country habitable again, to stop migration from there and to make the tourist visit the village at the extreme end of the border. Is. Prime Minister Narendra Modi can visit Badrinath-Kedarnath on October 21-22. During this time he can discuss with villagers and jawans in Mana. PM Modi will go to Mana and give it the status of Vibrant Village.

According to sources, these villages around the disputed border with China are spread from Ladakh to Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh. Indian army and administration will jointly develop these villages. The Indian Army will take special care of the residents of these villages. Villagers will also be given all such facilities so that they are not forced to leave the village again and go to another place.

China’s old trick to claim by setting up a village
This initiative regarding the villages of LAC is being taken at a time when China is trying to strengthen its claims by establishing artificial villages in its areas. Satellite photos of some such villages being settled across the LAC of Arunachal Pradesh have been coming to the fore. The second phase of the campaign will be conducted in the Union Territories of Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh.

Will connect villages with nearby cities by road, economic activity will increase
It is proposed to provide direct road connectivity to LAC villages with their nearest towns. At the same time, with the help of the Ministry of Tourism, a tourist friendly environment will also be created. According to the government’s plan, the monitoring of the border will be ensured automatically by increasing the influx of tourists to all these villages. Apart from this, these areas will not remain deserted for the soldiers posted on the LAC. With the arrival of tourists, the local economy will be strengthened and economic activities will be encouraged.
