PM Modi To Reply To Debate On Motion Of Thanks To President’s Address In Lok Sabha Today

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reply to the debate on Motion of Thanks to President Draupadi Murmu‘s address in Lok Sabha today. On January 31, the Budget Session of the Parliament started with President Murmu’s address to the joint session of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. During the speech, the President listed the government’s achievements amid the Covid-19 crisis, especially the steps to fight the pandemic and to aid farmers and women.

PM Modi’s address will come a day after Congress MP Rahul Gandhi spoke on the Motion of Thanks to President Murmu where he cornered the Centre over the Adani row. While speaking in the Lok Sabha Gandhi said that the relationship between PM Modi and Gautam Adani began many years ago when the former was chief minister of Gujarat.
