Barring all the smart, north Indian leaders, the Congress high command is now betting on 80-year-old Mallikarjun Kharge. In North India, from where Congress can get maximum seats, there is not a single candidate. Then everything i.e. nomination, withdrawal of nomination, election etc. has to be done at the behest of the high command, so why are you conducting elections?
Good! Shashi Tharoor is having fun. He was a candidate from the beginning and remains so till now. The high command has changed its candidate so many times.
