OnePlus is reportedly working on OnePlus Nord 3 phone. A previous report by Android Central said that the smartphone may come powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor and could offer 150 watt fast charging support. Now, popular tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed alleged specifications of the upcoming phone.
As per the tipster, the smartphone may be equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen. The phone’s display may offer a refresh rate of 120Hz and 1080×2414 pixel resolution. OnePlus North 3 is rumoured to come with a punch-hole camera cutout at the front.
The upcoming smartphone is said to pack 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. It may be paired with 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. OnePlus Nord 3 is tipped to house a 4,500mAh battery. Major highlight of the device will be its fast charging. The phone is said to offer 150watt fast charging.
In terms of camera, the smartphone is expected to have a 16MP selfie sensor at the front. The handset is tipped to have triple camera sensors at the back. The setup may consist of 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. This could be paired with an 8-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel sensor.
The leakster further adds that OnePlus Nord 3 may come with an under display fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is rumoured to run on custom UI based on Android 12 operating system.
To recall, Oppo unveiled the 150 watt fast charging technology at MWC 2022. The company said that the technology will first debut on a OnePlus smartphone that may launch in Q2 2022 i.e. between April and June.
